We have tried to answer some of the common questions we receive. If there is a question you would like answering, and you think others might like to know as well, please use the contact us facility to jot it down and send it to us.

Rich Lingerie has been expertly fitting ladies with lingerie and swimwear for 21 years, seven of which we have been selling online! During that time with developed a real understanding of how to help ladies buy online achieve the perfect fit. For new customers this sometimes takes a little while, but that doesn't matter, we are here to help either by email or phone. Our courier costs are easy to understand whether you are in New Zealand or anywhere in the world and we have a straight forward returns policy. 

We have tried to make the website as freindly to use as possible. In addition to providing a general search facitilty in which you can enter any term we have also developed a search facility and the top of each selection where you can choose the Style, Brand, Colour and Size of the item you require.

Prefer to fit yourself? No problem, we understand you may want to do this. While we prefer to help all ladies by offering a personal fitting service we know this can be a little daunting. Above everything we want your visit to Rich Lingerie to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

We close on the following days:

Christmas Day and Boxing Day

New Year's Day and 2nd January

Good Friday and Easter Sunday

ANZAC Day morning

While we try to carry as much stock as possible unfortunately we cannot stock everything. Should you want to order a garment we will do our very best to get this for you. Generally delivery for items in stock at the manufacturers takes around 2 weeks but this is flexible. We required ordered items to be paid for at the time of ordering but when you receive the item, if it doesn't fit, it can be returned for a refund.

At Rich Lingerie we do not operate a fitting service, rather we aim to give all customers a personal fitting service and to spend as much time is needed to achieve the perfect fit. This does mean at busy times a short wait may be required so if you can, why not try and visit us at non-peak times?

We are open 7 days a week.

Our opening hours are:

Monday - Saturday 9.30 AM - 5.00 PM

Sunday  11.00 AM - 3.00 PM

Public Holidays 11.00 AM - 3.00 PM

When are you closed? We close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, 2nd January, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and ANZAC Day morning.

Items can be returned as long as the following requirements are followed:

  • Returned items should be returned within 14 days of receiving them
  • Original labels need to remain attached to garment
  • Garments are only worn to try the garment on
  • Garments have to be returned in the original condition, fit for resale
  • Bottoms can not be returned due to hygiene reasons

If any returned garment fails to meet the above requirements Rich Lingerie reserves the right to not refund. In the unlikley case this were to be necessary the item will be returned but at the customers cost.

 

We have tried to keep our courier costs as low as possible and easy to understand.

We charge $5 to deliver any number of items ordered at one time within New Zealand. To Australia we charge $8 and to other parts of the world we charge $10.

If we cannot deliver all items at once, and we have to split a delivery, we only charge once.

If items are returned the cost of returning the garment(s) is the purchasers responsibility but if we then send a replacement item in a different size we do not charge for this.and we send 

The dropdown facility on the homepage allows you to choose AUD$, Singapore$ or USD$ in addition to the NZD$

Rich Lingerie Gift Vouchers can be purchased for any amount and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date. The issue date is selected by yourself and can be choosen to mark a special date, a birthday for instance.
