We have tried to keep our courier costs as low as possible and easy to understand.
For orders of $70 or more delivery is free within New Zealand. For orders below $70 we charge $5. This applies to all New Zealand addresses including RD addresses and off-shore islands.
We use NZ Post to deliver using a trackable service which aims for overnight delivery but which cannot be guaranteed.
To Australia for orders of $200 or more delivery is free, for orders below $200 we charge $8.
To other parts of the world we charge $10.
If we cannot deliver all items at once, and we have to split a delivery, we only charge once.
If items are returned the cost of returning the garment(s) is the purchasers responsibility but if we then send a replacement item in a different size we do not charge for this.
