This Rich Lingerie web site is provided for your personal use. All commercial transactions resulting from the use of this site will be covered and enforced using New Zealand law.

Refunds

All goods can be returned as long as the requirements listed below are met. The refund value will be limited to the cost of the item. We are sorry but we are unable to refund delivery costs (in either direction). Return costs are the responsibity of the sender.

Returned goods must arrive as follows:

1. goods must be returned within 14 days of the original despatch date from Rich Lingerie
2. goods must be "as new", should not have been worn and have all original labels attached
3. until the goods arrive safely back with Rich Lingerie they remain the responsibility of the sender. no refunds can be given for lost items.
4. should Rich Lingerie reluctantly decide that goods are not in a saleable condition no refund will be given. Instead Rich Lingerie will offer to return the goods to the sender but this will be at the senders cost.

Faulty Goods

Rich Lingerie will fulfil its obligations relating to faulty goods under New zealand law. However, we would appreciate a call on 0800 C2JCUP / 0800 225287 before the goods are returned to discuss your concerns.

Except in exceptional circumstances goods over 6 months old are unlikely to be accepted as faulty as this is deemed to be the normal life of these type garments.

Should you return an item please ensure it is freshly laundered as our suppliers will not accept unlaundered items.

Postage costs

We charge a fixed price of $5 for packaging and delivery within New Zealand. Items are despatched using NZ Post. Signing for receipt is not requested.

We despatch worldwide. Overseas delivery is charged at cost and will be advised before any payment is taken.
